Hi, I’m Jimmy G, – a master baker, lecturer, and author. Following the success of my first book in 2020 on Pastry Lamination, “The Art of Lamination: Advanced Technical Laminated Pastry Production” -I published a second book on the topic in 2023, The Art of Lamination II, a clearly explained roadmap as to how to plan and execute the perfect pastry. I have also published book 1 in Spanish, titled El Arte Del Laminado. In August 2024, I will release Book 1 as a German edition. Other titles which I have published include The Global Master Bakers Cookbook, Family Secrets The Recipes 1876- 2019 Part 1 and Panettone The King of Bread.
